What is "weft"?

Weft hair is hair that is sewn together in a continuous strip at the root end of the hair shaft. This can be done by hand or by machine. The best weft is sewed by hand. The strip is thin and hardly looses any hair when its brushed or combed.

It can be configured together to create ponytails, falls, braids, or a wiglet. Hand weft hair does need extra care. Hand weft hair should when cut, be tied directly with needle and thread. Be careful not to damage the strip when undoing yourself of the hair.
